Welcome to Urban Counseling Clique. Urban Counseling Clique offers teen counseling and individual therapy to help adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, school stress, and emotional challenges. UCC offers counseling using cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy to deal with stress, depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma. Many youth in our community are struggling with stress from school, anxiety, adhd, and thoughts of suicide. These youth feel they have no one to turn to and feel as if they cannot talk to their parents about what is going on. Many are looking for an escape and help to deal with these issues. We are here to help. We also offer individual therapy for adults and couples. We provide you with the tools to help you succeed in life, love, and relationships. We also offer digital products.
